The Big Day!!
I will be on-site at least 2 hours before the start of the ceremony. Depending on the venue, I will set 2-3 sound areas (sometimes more!). Everything will look clean and professional. You won’t see a bunch of cables and wires everywhere! Once everything is in place, it’s time to rock!
I start music 30 minutes before the ceremony, as guests are arriving. When it’s time for the ceremony, I work with the coordinators, venue, and of course you to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. I use high quality speakers and microphones to make sure your ceremony looks and sounds amazing! You just need to stroll down the aisle and say “I do!”
When you get back from photos it is time for the grand entrance! I will line up the wedding party in the proper order and get everyone hyped to come in! I’ll get the crowd hyped up for you too as you step into your perfect wedding reception! And if you like, this is also a perfect time to do your 1st Dance (recommended!)
We will vibe out with more tunes as you and your guests enjoy dinner. Remember, if you hear a glass clinking that means they want you to kiss! As dinner winds down and we begin speeches and toasts, you can be sure that the guests in the back will hear every word!
We are almost to the dance party! After the speeches and toasts, it’s the perfect time to cut the cake. Once the cake has been cut and everyone has had a moment to enjoy their desert, it is time for the formal dances.
The common ones are 1st dance, Mother/Son, and Father/daughter. Other popular dances include the money dance and the anniversary dance. You of course get to choose exactly what you want to do. This is the last big scheduled event of the reception! Nothing left to do now but:
We made it! It’s time to unwind and shake it out on the dancefloor! You and your guests will have a fabulous time enjoying a top notch dance party with awesome sound, amazing lighting, and a DJ set mixed (and scratched) by a true professional. I will create an evening of entertainment based on your own style and preferences. My goal is to make the evening one that you and your guests will talk about forever!
Let’s cue up Beyonce and Ginuwine and have a good time as we toss the bouquet and garter and potentially create some new wedding customers for me!
You came! You got married! You partied! Now comes the end of the evening. It’s time to fire up the sparklers or glowsticks and send you off in style while your friends and family cheer you on. CONGRATULATIONS! You did it!
